I always assumed FW aircraft were 10mm scale, which is why they're so big.....

F-22: 62' long, 44' wingspan.
FW T-Bolt: 50mm long, 55mm wingspan.

Jets are big.

Or, in an effort to avoid the use of two different units of measurement across two different scales without a point of reference.... :whistle ;D

62' = 1889.8cm, which at 1/285 scale is 66mm
44' = 1341.1cm, which at 1/285 scale is 47mm

Decided to order from forgeworld in the end....and I'm glad I did as the scale is exactly what I was after!
