The best AT weapon in WWI was an Artillery piece firing direct ... With all the rivets, some will pop out, become deadly missiles flying around the crew comparment, or a panel will fall off if enough rivets pop out.  But my money is on the crew being shreaded by flying rivets & bits of metal.  May be even a mine ? If it does not break the track, it will probably result in a thrown track.  Same results with getting barbwire caught in the track ...  Or you can just wait a little ... most will break down, one way or another ... ÂÂ

 For rules ... just use something like the old Dangerous Terrain Test charts from SM1 or SM2.  The breakdown rate of these early tracked monsters was considered fairly high.  Of course don't forget, a tank stuck in the mud of No Man's Land, or threw a track and a Flame Thrower Tm sneaks up and shoves the barrel in a firing port, or some other opening ...
