Just thought I should comment on FW "trolls". I study human behaviour in organizations for a living. The human thing to do (not the logical/correct) is to provide an answer, even if that answer is conjectured rather than informed. Most communication acts rely on cooperation. The natural communicative way of dealing with questions is to provide an answer. The fact that different "trolls" provide different answers highlight that there are several competing conjectures rather than different truths. The only truth we can derive from this is that the "trolls" currently know as much as we do.
