i like the fact skimmers canot be engaged in c/c if they wish. and i can see an easy way around the forceing to use c/c or f/f argument. simply allow skimmers or jumpers to use whcih value they want if in base to base.

but if this isnt taken up, no big deal... this is epic, a game of abstracts.. :D
