For the UK Tournament Folks Only
These are the only names I have as pre-paid.
Excuse the full names but it's how I've been keeping my numbers since many left their pseudonyms off their Paypal notes.   I know most of them but not all.  In any case,

Tim Hunt x 1
Justin Knight x 1
Gavin McKenzie x 1
David Bartley x 1
Mark Cardiff x 1
Henrikki Almusa x 4
Matt Arnold x 3
Alan Saunders x 1
Gary Pready x 1
Benjamin Skinner x 3
----------
Total 17 books

I have included an extra 3 books to cover Cybershadow and two others (first come first served).  It is possible for me to send a few more (25?) but I'll need as much notice as you can give me (within the next 24 hours).

I don't show any pre-pay from TRC at all, nor any pre-orders for 2 books.

I'd love to be able to print them and get the money afterwards but I just don't have that kind of capital.

Oh, sorry I was waiting to find out the total cost so i could send it in one go. I should pay then first for the book and then for the postage later?

Ugh - OK.  Let's get the UK thing sorted out.

TRC - I'll need $50 US for the pre-pay on two books.

Hena - Tooniki has not paid and needs to.  Or you can pay for him and get the money later.  PM me as we need to work out the payment for Swordwind (which I will have to mail out separately now that the Mills Press is shipping directly).

Both of you need to work this out relatively soon though.  I'll cover the three books for now but Ginger will be holding them hostage with a plasma rifle when they get to England. :p

I think I'll revise those numbers and send 25 to England.  Ginger / Gavin is going to be floating the cost of the shipping (paying me himself) then collecting the postage from everyone when they get to the tournament.  There are three people (Tim, Justin, and Matt) who already paid their shipping charges so it is probable that those three will get some money back.

Ginger - when I get the total shipping costs, I'll subtract out the amount the three amigos above already paid.  It won't be difficult.

Cybershadow - you and I discussed and the book will be at the tournament waiting for you. (Special privilege for hosting EVERYTHING for us).

Justin Knight
Mark Cardiff

Also, including the others who have not paid (and CS of course), I reckon the count is up to 22, including
TRC ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?x2
Emperor's Shadow ?x1
Tooniki ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?x1
CS ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? x1

Is there anyone else who want to pick up a copy in London?!?

Justiniel is Justin Knight.  Mark Cardiff is Mark Cardiff.  I don't know why I have him as part of the tournament shipment but I am glad I checked- he made no mention of it.  I'll PM Justiniel and ask him directly as he made mention of of the your calculations, Biggles.

Checking their profiles, I find that both Justiniel and Mark_Cardiff live in Ireland; so it seems highly unlikely that either will be attending this international event :p

So I suggest we drop the total for London by two.

Thanks for clearing up the confusion, gentlemen.  I have the numbers hammered out with Ginger now and I'll be clearing the books for shipment today.
---
Ginger, make sure you check your email asap.
---
BlackLegion and Mark Logue, I'll have to take care of your bulk shipments separately.  The printer didn't want the order 'confused' but was helping us out on the big shipment to the UK.  I'll be taking care of the rest of the books myself, including the international shipments.
---
Everyone, I will probably get to the post office to take care of these shipments on June 23rd or 24th.  I ordered extra books but they are going fast, so once the first 75 are gone I will wait until the 25 orders stack up before having another run done up.  There are 14 books left that are unspoken for as of the time of this post that can ship on 6/24 to whomever wants one.

UPDATE: The U.S. shipments have gone out and should arrive sometime next week.  Both Baltimore and Connecticut tourneys will have books there. Phew!

The UK shipment is waiting till Monday.  It's a long story but the short version is we're trying to strike a balance between getting the books there on time and in a cost-effective manner.  Given the calendar it is tougher than I originally thought.  Not impossible though so nobody worry.  More information on Monday AM.

In the mean time, only one extra book is left for the UK Tournament shipment.  The other one was snatched up. :D
