Well,  Reavers are back in stock.  Looks like I'll definitely be hitting the bunker tomorrow to order one.

Irony... FW is advertising that they're hiring new model designers.

Are there any specifics in the newsletter? Looking at the FW site today as opposed to a couple of days ago, the only thing I see that's different is the Reaver Titan is now available - possibly the GK stuff too but I'm not too sure if those were already available as I've been watching mostly IG & Eldar stuff as well as their related AI models.

I've had specific replies from them that the quality of my models are good enough but they're not interested in Epic.

Maybe Titans, in the future, but not Epic.

Phoned this morning, i was told the heavy AA platforms are back in stock and the hydra platforms are expected back in stock at the end of Dec.

Frankly I don't believe anything FW have to say - many people have been repeatedly told that the vast majority of the range would be back by the end of November. Now that has become no infantry (including tau suits) and still nothing has reappeared in the store.

Yes the Reavers were out of stock, at the moment the Reaver with Gatling blaster, Volcano cannon and rpcket launcher is back in stock as well as the Marauder Destroyer which showed up as in stock starting yesterday. I also think the Tau Recon pack was out of stock until a couple of days ago but not positive about that as I haven't been watching them as closely as other things.

I really don't know why I bother.  Every time I get interested in Epic the Evil Empire finds some way to ruin it.  Fw stopping it production, GW moving Specialist Games Canada to the States, and now I hear from a friend who runs a store that GW doesn't want it's independent stockists selling Epic.  This last point does have a silver lining...a small one.  I was able to pick up the T.Bolt, and Valk packs for $10 CD each, and will be getting about $20 off on a Marine Landing craft...
Have to find the good in everything.

I really don't understand GW, come up with a really excellent system, and then do everything in your power to sabotage any fan support.  

As an aside I understand the GW North America will be holding only one Games Day this year, and that there will no longer be any Canadian Games Days in the near future.  What is going on with these guys?
