I have a rules question for you Epic gurus. If an assault results in a tie and goes on for a second round, are blast markers added after the first (or second or third...) round, or only after the assault is completely resolved? I know that casualties are cumulative between rounds, I was just wondering if it's possible to change the Blast Marker related modifiers during an assault, for example by losing the "No Blast Markers" modifier. As I understand the "More Units" modifiers can change between rounds.

In the rules at 1.12.5 it says "Kills inflicted in an assault do not count for placing blast markers or for breaking a formation until after the result of the combat has been worked out". Basically is a tied assault round a "Result of combat", after which Blast Markers are added, or is result meant here as a completely resolved assault/engage action?

I just won a game based on a very closely fought assault by my Bikes against a 'Uge Mob of Orks, but I cannot fully bask in the glory of victory until I know I won the match fair and square. We played it so that Blast Markers are only added after the assault has ended.
