To give some background, I'm editor of the unofficial Blood Bowl fanzine House Rulez. In a few months time I'm going to go to GW HQ at Lenton and interview him about Blood Bowl, as well as speak to the rest of the Fanatic people. Although the vast majority of my time will be spent discussing BB, it'd be rude not to talk about his latest baby (aka Epic )
What I'd like is a list of questions you'd like me to put to him, assuming I get the time. Questions like "why wont you release Tau in 2005 ??" will be ignored - GW's release schedule & policy is clear, so more useful questions only please
The online Blood Bowl community doesn't even know abuot this yet, as it isn't announced until February, so if any of you reading this also frequent the BB sites then I'd appreciate some discretion before I make my announcement
So what are your burning questions for the big man himself? I appreciate he does frequent the GW forums a lot, but there must be things you want answers for... (doesn't have to be Epic but it'd help)

What his impressions where of the playtesting of Epic: A. Postive, negative, what could have been different. Will it be a model used for all specialist games.

...and the usual questions of what goodies he can reveal of planned models: Capitol Imperialis, Hellbore, Mars pattern Warlords (insert desired model here).
More seriously: Perhaps elaborate on his thoughts on the proposed Adeptus Titanicus III and Air War games?
Cheers!

What varient Space Marine and Imperial Guard lists do you have planned, and what new models will be released to accompany them?
Are there still plans to make a "non-tounament" Squat list for older players to use for fun?
Do you see Epic returning to it's former place of glory in the top three GW games?
Just some random thoughts
Cheers
Chris

It's already been announced that the E:A GT is in 2005 but the WPS is running one this May. Sadly, the WPS one is far too close to the Blood Bowl GT for anyone to make it (hint hint)

Will it be possible for Fanatic to release "Booster packs" of titan weapons, like the Inquisitor conversion weapon packs- imho this would seem a relativly simple fix to the costs problems Jervis has mentioned (although I probably don't know what I'm talking about.. lol ) ?

As the odd person round here may know - I don't play anything but Epic.
I have been in contact with WPS about the event in May, the slight hiccup being that it is a Club Challenge and I am not a member of a club.
Ta very much for the message , though.

Hello all. This 3k list was successful in beating a well played IG army on the weekend.
2 Tac + 1 hunter for each. 1 Dev. 1 Assault. 1 Terminator. 1 Landraider. 1 Whirlwind. 1 Mixed Predator. 2 Warhounds
Total of 9 activations with no characters and no garrison troops. I decided to forgo the usual T.hawk assault and was glad I did because my IG opponent had taken 5 AA tanks (Hydras?). He really hates my air assaults =). The Warhounds actually survived the battle (just barely) by staying out of the Shadow Swords and other big guns sights. They were a big factor in dominating one side of the table and breaking a couple of large formations. The only unit in the IG army left unbroken in the third turn was the Heavily upgraded SHT formation. The truth is I didnt even try to take that monster out and spent most of the game avoiding it.
What do you all think?

Thanks for the reply. I have some Razorbacks on order but they did not arrive in time for this battle. The only thing with regards to switching up the Razorbacks for the formation of Preds is the loss of an activation. In that game I had three activations left after the IG player was finished. Those extra activations allowed me to coordinate some really nasty crossfire attacks that finally nailed those damn Leman Russ. With the combination of those extra activations at the end of the turn, plus being able to go first the following turn, I was able to handle some of his large mechanized units.
Anyway that was like my second game played.....sooo I am always open to suggestions on how to better my army.

Good point about extra activations. You have a good combined arms force but the SMs lack the FA assets, and that is one of their weaknesses. I would have been tempted to take out his Shadowswords with my Warhounds or vise versa ! I like killing big things !
