It's in the Adeptus Mechanicus Liber Magna VolXXXIII by one Logos Van Vlachius.... red with flames on the shoulder pad. Except for vehicles, which are black! | Hhhmmm. No wonder I didn't know about it. I only trust the apocrypha of St. Pietus and they aren't listed there.

Quote (vanvlak @ 16 2005 June,11:11) | Quote (Mojarn Piett @ 16 2005 June,11:48) | I don't like ANY kinds of fanatics. I am anti-fanatic fanatic.
The only fanatic who is exception to the rule is Jervis Johnson. |
Er - Mojarn - tread carefully - aren't we ALL Epic fanatics?
|
Heh, hadn't thought about that. But notice that I said I am anti-fanatic FANATIC myself...
And semi-seriously, since I am able to have "reasonable" conversations with the populance here you actually don't fit into my definition of fanatic.

No. The definition is "epic nut", not fanatic. A fanatic can be derranged, but is not necessarily completely nuts from his point of view. We, on the other hand, KNOW that we ARE nuts. Quite a difference
Health and sixes,
Xavi

I like to think of myself as a fan, but not a fanatic.
I have always thought of Fanatics as being so devoted they can not be critical of the thing they are a fan of.

Ditto for me! ? ?
The funny thing about this dicussion of "fan" versus "fanatic" is that the word fan came from shortening fanatic. Nowadays, "fanatic" defintely has different connotations than "fan."
