Hi!

Good sized legio you got going there Ghe'dahlg!

You thinking of making it larger?

Primarch

And what kind of a Epic player you think I am? Of course I am going to make it larger ;)

Good man!

If you really want to unload your Beetlebacks, I can give them a good home.  :;):

Only bad thing about enlarging my Legio is that I don't really know what I would like to see in my Titan Legions force. If I had chance I would like to upgrade almost all my Beetlebacks to Mk. III. Main problem would definitely be weapon configurations in that case as I'm not too rich and not too good at handling Greenstuff or some else sculpting stuff. I would like to see my Warlords in different weaponry, but it seems rather hard to Achieve with Mk. III

Well... In the meantime I'm thinking of getting hold of 2 or more Forgeworld Warhounds and 1 or maybe even 2 additional Reavers. If I only had money to do that... :alien:

Shakes head.
When will the padawans learn.....
???
It is not a choice of choosing Mk1 OR Mk3.
It is having Mk1 AND Mk3.
:D
Cheers

James

If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath :D
Until I have about 10 Mk III Warlords with weapon configuration I want, I won't sell my Beetlebacks. And if I'm going to sell them, I probably sell them to some random beginner so he/she can get nice start to our glorious hobby ;)

Well I partly agree with you, BUT then look at Mk. III. Observe its perfect shape and size too small weaponry. It is pure perfectness :D
I'm really really looking forward to see WHOLE Legio of Mk III Warlords supported with nice ranks of Reavers and Forge World Warhounds :;):

Hena,

I have 6+ beetleback Warlords, which is so many I can sell a few without breaking a sweat. The problem is weapons; I have many titan hulls but very few weapons.

Hi!

Hehe, good answer.  :D

Upgrading titans and getting weapons is a real pain, an expensive one too.

A little searching and asking here or maybe e-bay could help you.

I know that it is pretty hard but well I'm not in a hurry. Maybe I'll just wait until they make Mk.III Warlords with different weapon options. Of course I have to buy one more of Lucius Patterns. I'm in love with it's Gargant and other armoured target killing abilities :D

You just have to love the nice bunch of AT3+/4+ and MW2+ dice in your hand :D

Oh yeah and I'll have to add another Imperator to my shopping list :D

Oh I agree- keeping the Mk1 & Mk3 separate looks better. Thats why I will aim on doing 2 separate Legios!!

The Mk1 Beetlebacks, metal Reavers and metal Warhounds will go into Legio Victorum.

The Mk3 Warlords, resin Reavers and resin Warhounds will go into Legio Metallica.

Still working on getting some Mk2 Milkfloats but they will probably also go into Legio Metallica.

Cheers

James

Go to The EPICentre and you will find the NetEpic.

Basic summary is, it is a group project to keep Epic alive when GW tried to kill it last time. It started as a stand in for the rules and expanded to include much more. Many more armies etc.

Check it out. :D

Or, to give the quick and dirty description, it is a heavily modified version of the SM/TL-era Space Marine rules.

Agreed, heavily modified, but still recognizable as SM2.

Welcome to the forum, jb1!
