You must cost in Flyer though.  This is what makes it too strong.  If the Revenant could fly they'd probably cost 600 points each!  If your Vampire was a tank with 25cm move 200 points might be reasonable, but a flyer that can't be targetted by a lot of units, gets an extra -1TSM to all shots and can force the enemy to add 25cm to range is a HUGE advantage.  You must compare to other flyers to work out a points cost.
Maybe it is much too strong but in comparison with the marauder destroyer, it is approximately equal.
Marauder destroyer (400 pts for 3 models)
Mvt 70 cm/Save 2+/CAF +2/moral 3
Battlecannon/50 cm/2/4+/-2
Lascannon/50 cm/4/5+/-1
Melta bombs/-/6 BP/4+/-3
Vampire hunter (200 pts for 1)
Mvt 75 cm(i prefer like that)/Save 5+ & holofield/CAF 0/moral 3
twin linked Pulse laser/75 cm/1d3 hits or template/2+/-2 or 0
Scatter laser/25 cm/3/50
Missiles/50 cm/2x template/4+/-1
I can also put the missiles as bomb-like.
As you can see, the save is almost the same. With holofield in advance order, the vampire has 4+ save and the marauder (except against thunderfire squat and exocrine tyranid) has often a 3+ save, sometimes 4+ and they are 3 per squadron.
For the firepower, with 2 vampires I have a very good main weapon but the others are weak in comparison
