Not sure yet if the extra armour should be part of the upgrades sprue or a separate armour sprue. I might go for the latter though.

In the meantime I've made a more 'conventional' extra armour plating:

Note sure yet if I should also make plates that could be placed on top of the tank's hull. I do like the idea of having some extra armour on the sides/back of the turret.

After that it would be making similar plating for the Siege Tank.

So, all in all, the status of my stuff so far:

Green = ready
Yellow = almost ready
Orange = very much WIP
Red = not even started yet

Novan IVR: standard kit is ready and has already been sent to Vanguard Miniatures
Novan IVR turret upgrades: a set of 4 extra turrets (quad autocannon, multilaser + hunter killer missiles, light battle cannon, and laser destroyer cannon) and parts to turn the IVR into a medical transport. -> laser destroyer cannon and missile turrets need some tweaking.
Novan Siege Tank: standard kit with anti bunker cannon and laser destroyer to hunt down tanks -> weapons need to be made and details added to tank
Vehicle Upgrade Sprue: an assortment of various bits that you could add to your tanks, from hunter killes missiles, search lights, comm arrays, fuel tanks, etc.
Vehicle Armour Sprue (IVR): as the name suggests, armoured plating for the Novan IVR
Vehicle Armour Sprue (Siege Tank): see above, but then for the Siege Tank.
Evil Upgrade Sprue: various spikes and bits to turn your tanks into traitor counterparts.
Looted Upgrade Sprue: various bits and such to make the vehicles look as if they've been looted by Skinnerz.
Novan Elite Fighter: Basically a 6mm scaled version of this fella.

Just to give you an idea of what I'm up to at this moment...

You're very welcome!

In the meantime I've continued working on both armour variants. I might add a third one and then the IVR armour sprue is ready, not sure if it's needed though.

Got the tank hunting laser cannon ready, more or less...

The Heavy Laser Cannon was mounted on the Novan IVR as a stop-gap measure against Skinnerz' armour. Whilst capable of destroying enemy tanks from great distances, it was not suitable for the IVR. Later on an upgraded version of this weapon was developed for the Siege Tank Hull.

That gun is huge maybe you should put a counter weight on the back of the turret to balance it out.

I go for a separate block fixed to the back of the turret, see the WWII british sherman firefly that tank needed a huge block on the back of the turret to counter the long gun barrel.

Yeah, I checked that. Kinda reminds me of the battery packs on the back of the Predator turret.

20% off the length in the back; 10% more on the top and width;

Ok, let me know what you think of this regarding the batteries:

And then I tweaked the nozzle of the gun a bit. I know the original laser destroyer has that little hole on the sides. But it (to me at least) made it look too much like some sort of solid ammunition weapon, maybe even like a type of boltgun. So I went for something slight different:

After that I might have to do a few more touches on the missile launcher turret and then the set is ready for shipping. Which reminds me: @MoreDakka, do you want this as a separate sprue, or should will you be planning on supplying the IVR hull with this kit as well? Personally I hope for the latter, shouldn't be too hard to have extra casts made of just the hull and dozer/hull weapons sprue right?
