My feeling is that ATSKNF has been the biggest handicap in balancing the Marine list. Marines had to be limited to such small formations because of the advantage they get from ATSKNF in dealing w/ blast markers. The problem is those small formations then don't pack the punch that marin...

It only makes sense to roll 1D per DC. If a formation teleports, you roll 1D per unit that teleported.
