Well I don't have car myself but public transports should be fine for me. Dundee-Glasgow seems to take one hour and half by train. I've planned to spend some time in Glasgow quite soon, at least to visit the city during a week-end. Maybe we could share a few drinks, if you're not too busy, Warhead? ...

I tend to agree with Hena. Pylons seem balanced to me against every army except airbourne marines. In a typical 3000-point game, I field 2 thunderhawks. Including the cargo that s often around 1200 points. Perhaps am I wrong but it does not seem too much to me. My necron opponent used to field 2 pyl...

This makes sense, and scouts can really protect a formation from air assault.

As mentioned in your linked, the wording of the FAQ is not that clear, IMHO. I would only take it in consideration to avoid the "scouts screening from behind" situation, which is the spirit of the FAQ.

Some more points : - if a formation receives disrupt and normal hits, the defender chooses which unit get the disrut and which unit gets the normal hits right? - Should lance weapon hits be allocated during the MW allocation phase or during the normal phase? Now I think it is during the normal phase...

We've been playing with the full experimental rules with "common sense" to avoid the situation I described. But we'll try the Net EA rules ( By the way great job for these papers )
