Hey all. I think this is my first post here.
Anyways, I had an Ork army for almost every 40K game (except BFG), and one way or another they degenerated or I sold them (Mork knows why!). What I'm doing now is I'm going Ork crazy again, I've started rebuilding my 40K ork army, and I'd like to restart my Epic Ork army. I was wondering if anyone still had all their Ork models from the Epic 40,000 box and could tell me what came in it (stand by stand) so I can rebuild it. Thanks in advance!
P.S. I'm also analretentive and would like to have a complete set, that's why I'm using the old Epic 40,000 collection as a starting point as opposed to starting with a different list.
P.P.S. Yes I tried squinting at the box to no avail, they're just too small.

Hi!
Welcome to the group Steel Rabbit!
I'll try looking into my source to see if I can get that information.
Does anyone have a WD when epic 40k was released?

Welcome to the boards, Steel! I might still have my E40k minis separate from my older minis. So, I might be able to figure out what came with the boxed set.

Hi!
I have the epic 40k book in front of me.
Oddly, it does not list the models specifically, but I will try to categorize by the photo on the first page that has a clearer view of the ork force.
12 battlewagon - the picture shows 8 with deathrollas and 4 with gutripp claws. If I remember the sprues correctly you may be able to change the forementioned ratios
3 stompas
3 stands of warbikes (9 models)
6 stands of gretchen (18 models)
16 stands of boys (90 models)
6 stands of nobz (30 models)
2 stands of stomrboys (10 models)
1 (maybe 2) stands of painboys/mekboys/etc characters (5-10 models)
Unless someone can come up with a more precise source this is as good as it gets without obtaining a pristine box set.

I'll try to dig out my copy (It's the only epic orks I've got, just not sure where it got buried)
Have to get back to you on it.

IIRC you got 3 Ork infantry spures which would add up to something like:
3 Stompas 3 Stormboyz 3 Kommandoz 3 Boarboyz 3 Warbikes 6 Nobz 15-18 stands of Boyz (depending on how you base them) 3 Command stands 6 stands of Grotz 3 stands of Shooty Boyz
Add to that the before mentioned battlewagonz and you have a pretty good starting army.

3 Orks sprues and 12 battlewagons is correct, as far as I remember.

Hi!
The photo in the rulebook doesnt show boarboys, then again I could be missing them.
Still, the box set is a good deal and gets a good starting force.
