Okay, anyone have any dealings with Chaosorc. com? I recently ordered 50x chaos squats for Epic. I got the package, and it contained 37 of the squats, plus 2 complete sprues of classic Epic Chaos. Not sure if I should complain or be happy. I got 47x Chaos Squats, less than the agreed upon amount that I paid for. On the other hand, I gained CSM, Trolls, Minotaurs, Disk Riders, Beast Riders, Beastmen, et al.

Is this something that Chaosorc is known for? If so, I'm torn about how to feel toward them. If not, I'm still torn

I've dealt with him before and he has sometimes been a bit 'clumsy' with my orders.
Poor packaging, incorrect items and (slightly) excessive postage have happened to me on more than one occasion.

If you are happy with all the extras then I'd let it pass. If you need those extra few Choas Squats then follow it up. He has made good on some of his mistakes in the past but he has also let me down more than once and not fixed it.

Thanks guys. I'm still undecided if I'm unsatisfied. I ordered 50 because that's what he had in stock. I don't have a real pressing need for them, I was going to use them as trade bait or perhaps use them down the road a bit. The extra bits are nice, but some of them I don't need (especially the Juggernauts).

Ok, I'll keep thinking it over. I think I dealt with him in the past (a long time ago), and I don't remember any complaints then.

2 complete classic chaos sprues are worth a more than 50 squats in the first place, so you're three short on squats but better off overall.

If you're in the UK i could pop 3 chaos squats in the post to you for free to bring you up to 50.

I had issues with him arbitrarily changing the content of lots before, and got little satisfaction when I brought it to his attention. I stopped buying from him. Sounds like you did ok though.

I can't say that I'm complaining. I'll order form him again if I see something I need. Next time, though, if things turn out different again, I will point out what happened. Lets hope if it goes wrong again it will still be to my benefit.

I had a ~$100 order get lost in transit. His response "I sent it. Sorry.". No followup, no refund, no evidence, nothing. Up to then, I'd had a fairly good relationship (multiple orders, about ~$500 in total), but won't buy from him again. And I'd advise caveat emptor for anyone dealing with him.

If you aren't going to bring it up now, I wouldn't bring it up at all. That just puts you in a poor light IMO. "Yeah, you screwed up my order last time but since you sent me more expensive stuff in error I decided not to say anything. But now since it doesn't benefit me I'm gonna say something."

I'm not suggesting you would say those things, but that is how he could easily interpret it. Either let it go or notify him ASAP. It's the right thing to do.

Hey folks - I know this is an old thread but has anyone ordered from him recently?

I ordered six Eldar sprues earlier this week, and whilst I don't expect them to get from the US to the UK until end of next week at the earliest, has anyone dealt with him recently?

How long should i wait before worrying?

I've ordered from him before, but not recently ... I'd wait a couple of weeks ... then e-mail him. Usually he's always come thru.
