Can anyone out there answer a question for me about Old Crow's 6mm Infantry. I'm wondering how it compares in size to other 6mm infantries. Is it true 6mm? Bigger? Smaller?

They're scaled well with the Exodus Wars minis and GW imperial guard (true 6mm). They may tend to look a bit on the small (thin and tall) side next to Epic space marines and the DRM Pax Arcadia minis. No pics on hand, but I hope that's helpful to you.

From experience, my main concern is that they would scale too large (IE Adler Dark Star infantry).

Placed an order for some of the infantry on November 19 and still haven't received them yet. Have also placed a small GZG order on the same day and still haven't received that either. Jez advised early on that he's behind some, so I'm not too worried there.

However, Jon advised during early December that they were behind due to Xmas orders. I thought I had ordered before the rush. An e-mail to Jon on December 13 has received no response. Any advice at this point would be greatly appreciated from anyone in the "know" about such things.

Don't really 'know' about such things but I do know that in UK, beacause of the weather, postage is snarled up at least a month behind!

I've had trouble with GZG before. They sent the wrong models, then never replied to emails asking for the correct models.

This is not good news.

I've had a number of experiences ordering from GZG and all of them extremely positive. I'm in the US and normally get my order a week after placing it. In mid-December, I thought it odd and checked the GZG website. He did post that they are behind due to Xmas orders. Since I ordered in November, I thought that I wouldn't have been effected by Xmas but, if they were a little behind to start, it may be having an effect.

I'm going to proceed with a hope that this will end positively and I will drop Jon another e-mail.

Strangely enough, I don't think I have any G/W 6mm infantry to do a comparison photo. Never liked the gothic look of epic. I've got GHQ, Dark Realm, Exodus Wars, GZG, Adler, Brigade, Iron Wind Metals BT, and Old Crow on order. I will have to borrow some Epic figs from friends to take the photo.

DRM or Exodus Wars would be fine in that case ... Many of us have those along with G/W Epic ... Thanks !!

Just an FYI to all. Jon from GZG wrote back and we are busy resolving the issue. The items were sent out to me before the Xmas rush started and are "mia" between the UK and US postal systems.

Uh, oh! Guess what arrived in the morning mail. GZG fresh (over a month) from overseas. I guess the snowfall really crippled the process. However, I've got my items now and all is well. Man - I should've ordered more stuff!
