Hi chaps,

I've been looking for some figures to use as the chaos infantry beloved of Dan Abnett in his Gaunts Ghosts
series (to represent both the chaos 'levy' and the better equipped Blood Pact forces).   I've come across
this little lot and wondered what you thought :

I thought of using the FF1002 sprue for my 'levy' troops and perhaps the F1802 sprue for the Pact.

I'm not really sure who makes these but have seen some used as Tau proxy figures (the 'Crusaders') and
they came out v nicely (if a tad large).   The pics weren't v clear though (the inf were at a distance).

Anyone seen or got their mits on these figures ?   How do they compare with plastic GW ?

They are apparently rather tall. Maybe as skinnies from starship troopers?

Anyway, the picture comparison certainly gives a very clear idea of size -
I'll just have to find something else (there's bound to be something on the
list posted by Chris).

The "Chris List" is pretty darn good.  Try DRM or Exodus Wars ... I'm not sure what a Blood Pact troop exactly looks like, but I've seen a few pics of Human Infantry(IG) modified in 40K scale, or even IIRC from Forge World ... But DRM & E/W have a number of Human Infantry Types that may work ... Let us know your final choice.

DRM Standard Infantry would work pretty good, especially with some putty work on the helmets to close the visors.

GW Stormtroopers could work too.

Thanks Boyz, that's is what I remember seeing somewhere.  And I agree, DRM Standard Infantry or G/W Storm Troopers could work.  But IIRC, the DRM are a better deal price-wise ... But I may be wrong
