Note:
- "G" are Guess weapons (because you had to guess the range but in the current edition you don't have to). You don't need a line of sight to fire them but, the shot scatters 2D6 inches if target is not in line of sight and 1D6 if target is in line of sight (minus the Balistic SKill of the Tutsn, usually 4. On top of this you have a 2:4 chance that it doesn't scatter). Note that the minimum range only applies if you shoot indirect.
- "D" stands for Destroyer. Basically a Titankiller weapon (auto wound, auto, kill, auto penetrate, no coversave, +1 on vehicle damage table).
- The Hellstorm template is the really big flamer template. It has a 5" diameter on the blund end.
- The Apocalypse Barrage template is the clover chaped template consisting of five 5" templates. You have to roll a D6 for each shot to determine on which particular "clover-leave" the shot hits. 5-6 is the middle 5" template 1-4 for one of the 4 adjacent 5" templates.
- The Inferno Gun is the only weapon to be able to ignore the 24" (Warlord) respectively 18" (Reaver) minimum range for being Carapace mounted.
- "Ordnance" adds an extra D6 to the amour penetration roll. You then pick the highest result to be added to the weapons Strength to determine the actual value. Ordnances scatter 1D6 inches minus the Balistic Skill of the Titan with a 2:4 chance that it doesn't scatter at all.
- "Primary Weapon" uses the same penetration rules as Ordnance but gives the weapon some extra protection on a Weapon Destroyed result.
- Armourpiercing 1 turns a Glancing Hit into a Penetrating Hit.

The following abbrevations denote which weapon can be used at which weapon mount:
WA = Warlord Arm Weapon Mount
WC = Warlord Carapace Weapon Mount
RA = Reaver Arm Weapon Mount
RC = Reaver Carapace Weapon Mount
WHA = Warhound Arm Weapon Mount

What does ordance x mean? What does armourpiercing x mean?

And I am all for guess range weapons in Epic :)

Ordinance "X" means the weapon gets X shots using the Ordinance rules (roll a scatter die, deviates either 2d6 or 1d6 inches, depending on whether you moved or not, respectively).  Ordinance also has a better damage table (1/6 more likely to destroy target for Ordinance penetrating hits vs. standard penetrating hits).

Armor Piercing "X" means that the weapon flat-out ignores any infantry save less than or equal to "X".  AP3 (krak missiles and battlecannons) = dead marines, AP2 (plasma, lascannons, and Demolisher Cannons) = dead termies, AP1 (meltas and Railguns) auto-penetrates vehicle armor (unless it's a skimmer moving fast, then auto-glance).

And guess range isn't actually guessing, anymore.  place the template at any location within Range, roll scatter die.  shot deviates 1d6 inches if you have LOS to target location, 2d6 inches without LOS, and you cannot move&fire guess-range weapons.

Which essentially means that the MRL and the Quake Cannon have become de-facto Indirect weapons in 40k now, and never need a CLP...

Hmm AP1 has the same effect as AP2. In the upcoming 5th Edition of Wh40k Ap 1 gives you a +1 on the vehicle damage table.

Currently the only weapon which auto-penetrates armour is a Strength D weapon. And normally you would only be able to archive a glancing hit if the center hole of the template doesen't lie over the vehicle. For Strength D templates this doesnt matter. If the target is under the template it auto-penetrates. No matter where the hole is.
Strength D weapons will autokill every model if it isn't immune to Instand Death like Gargantuan Creatures. They ignore all armour saves (so the AP value is only for show). Only Invulnerable Saves are allowed.

And for the record:
Orks have average armour of 6+, Guard 5+, Stormtroopers 4+, Marines 3+ and Terminators 2+ OR an 5+ Invulnerable Save (they can choose which they want to use).

Just overlooked that Primary Weapon has some ability which affects the armour penetration roll. Thought thatit opnly gives some protection to the weapon itselve.
Oh well i added primary Weapon to where it is appropiate (= all weapons listed here) and statet the effect of the Primary Weapon ability.

Just a couple of minor corrections:

"Guess" weapons no longer require an actual guess of range.  That's an artifact left over from 3rd edition.  They may now fire over intervening terrain, but scatter 2D6 inches instead of 1D6.  

AP1 turns a "glancing" hit into a "penetrating" hit in the current edition of 40K.
