Hi!

Unless you are fighting a war against a horde of Rulebook writers!

Not really, beat them senseless, and as the last man standing...

...you make the rules.... :;):

I feel for you.  :o

I bought my first house, started a new job, and was working on my Masters Thesis all at the same time. :oo

I have been told some family members and friends figured I would either explode or kill someone. :L

Did neither.

Hang in there, it will pass.

Mortgage free, sigh, I still have a zillion years to go.
House moving, I love it, it's just that I can't actually afford a house :(

I really love moving every 18 months or so. ?My next job is in the same city so for the first time EVER I wont have to move for a new posting - sweet! ?But once you've moved across the world (twice) its all easy!

Mind you - they havent been my houses. ?I'm sure that adds a whole new unpleasant dimension!

Reading a cool book about WW2 Aerial combat vicotries - and the amazing exploits of Finnish Fighter pilots.  A very supressed area of military endeavour.  Their victories against the Red Air Force are quite outstanding.

What book is that? And if you are interested in Finnish pilots be sure to visit the virtual pilots website. They have many interviews and articles there. All translated to English.   :)

Hi!

Its extra stressful for me, becuase like Tas, I was accustomed to moving every year or 18 months or so. Buying a house means a commitment in the most permanent sense. It means the current job and realities, good or ill will be the ones I am stuck with hence forth. But one cannot move forever, especially when ones children need the stability of being one place.

I'll share pictures of the place when the deal is completed.

At the very least the storage space for my primarchload is plentiful at that house..... :;):

"Combat Kill" - Morgan and Seibel, PSL, 1997

It goes through all countries, but has extensive sections on the less publicised countries - such as Finland, Poland, Romania, Hungary etc.  Highly recommended

Thanks for the link Mojarn!

Once I finish that I'll be back to "A Genius of War"- Patton's Biography   :)

English DBA army progresses - archers and spearmen done.  Plucking up the courage for the knights now!

I had a few rough weeks with the baby (teeth), so I didn't get much paiting done. :)

I managed to finish a Guardian Host with 3 Wraithlords, and base some Aspect Warriors.
I assembled and primed my four first Forgeworld Falcons yesterday, to put in an Aspect troupe with Dark Reapers. I also primed a Revenant Titan (Epic 40K style) and a Warlock Titan.

Other things I'm "working" on : I received my Nintendo DS, so there was much rejoicing and playing of Feel the Magic and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.
