Hi,
I've finished my new website to a stage that I'm happy to upload it onto the internet, but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for web addresses/site names. The site has stuff from Epic, Blood Bowl and BFG mainly (galleries, diaries, articles), along with some of my old artwork, etc. So something relevant to Epic would probably be best. Ideas so far...
guerillasinthemidst.co.uk
(this is what it currently is. guerillas in the midst is the name a lot of my university work was under, so I like it. However it's not very relevant)
dabattlefortress.co.uk
(quite like this. maybe put a hyphen after da)
blastmarker.co.uk
(quite like this too, it works well)
damagecapacity.co.uk
(not bad either)
something to do with Mekboyz possibly?
Anybody have any thoughts? I didn't want to make a poll as I am only really looking for suggestions rather than a decision. So anyone have opinions or alternatives?

If it's mostly BFG, using "Hulk" in the title seems appropriate. ?Something you discover in space (internet) that your explore (surf). ? ?
I liked all the ones you suggested. ?The onlt things I can think of is to make it easy for search engines to find your page if someone googled "Battle Fleet Gothic" or "Epic."
Let us know when the site goes active. ?

"Blastmarker" is cool- has uses in both BFG and Epic.

As for Google, check the What are you working on thread as I have posted a comment on how to get ranked in Google.

Ditto to Tom - Blastmarker.co.uk is a great site name for wargaming in general, whilst Freshmetal would imply a more painting / modelling theme to me, but they're both great site names!

Hi,
Ironically, freshmetal.co.uk was the address of my old site that fell out of use. I got told by my server that if I want to re-activate it, it'll either cost me approx ?100, or I have to wait for a few years for it to be freed up again. It's cheaper to get a new address.
I think blastmarker.co.uk is nice and relates to most of the stuff on the site, and wouldn't cause problems if I added new games, etc. May need to quickly sketch up a new logo and entry page though. I shall muse over it today and see what I can come up with.

Hi,
through discussion with a few people, I have decided on www.BlastMarker.com and applied/paid for it. It will take a day or two to activate and all be uploaded, but I shall let everyone know when it is ready.
One question, prompted by something Warmaster Nice (I think) mentioned a week ago, are people here happy for me to link to their sites from mine?
