Looks good, but how are you planning to use the Krootox? I am curious as to how you are going to combine the Hounds and the Krootox' roles.
Maybe move one of the Skyrays to one of the FW fms as those are a bit sturdier than default and your HHs are only four, and that could lower the HH in the priority target list.

Mostly looks good but some thoughts:
I’d recommend a Gun Drone formation to go in the Tigersharks – it’s a great formation for the 100 points (particularly as it and also the Tigersharks can get crossfire on the turn they deploy) and helps boost you to higher activation numbers which helps Tau. I’ve used 3 formations of Gun Drones in pairs of Tigersharks at a tournament before and found them good.
I think either Oxes or Hounds might be better than both? Or just keep them basic with no upgrades as a cheap but useful and often ignored 175 point formation?
2 Skyrays is a little low at 3k and you might find an air heavy opponent a challenge. 3 are common and occasionally some people run 4. They’re super useful for their AA and markerlights, though at an expensive cost.

Two games with the Tau. First game I was still in Eldar mode and forgot to garrison the kroot. Had I done so the game would have gone much better for me. Necron player pulled me apart, including a deft assault that took out my bts formation. The tiger shark bombers were droneless and became a waste of points, not capable of more than placing a BM. Kroot absorbed lots of hits. Necron one 2 to 1.
Game two I modified the list, adding drones to the bombers and removing the kroot. Added ethereal to two formations and a couple ion hammer heads to the mix. This time I still lost my bts, but managed take and hold and blitz. Two narrow games that were a lot of fun.
Not convinced I like the bombers, even with the drones.
