Ta!

Due to some upcoming games, I had a reason to get the 'Heldrakes' painted up at last. The metallic bits on the wings were... fiddly...

The first two finished!

And the other three on the way.

All five done, with a Predator for scale.

Finally, a couple of in-game shots of a big dogfight.

I finished off another project that had been made and undercoated some time ago - a Battle Class Titan based off a 40k Foetid Bloat-Drone, with Zinge Industries tracks.

As much as I liked the colour of the armour, it was too close to the skin, even with a second layer of Plaguebearer Flesh on the skin. So...

For the fly logos, I then experimented with old GW glazes mixed with Contrast medium, and was very happy with the result.

Game-wise it'll be used as either a Reaver (with two big guns, and then the tongue as a CCW), or a Warlord. Either with the two big guns counting as double weapons, or there are a couple of magnets under the snout that will hold old metal Reaver/Warhound guns.

Excellent kitbash! I really like that shade of green on the skin as well.

Thanks! The skin is Contrast Plaguebearer Flesh over a preshaded undercoat, then a second thinner coat that was more localised into the shadow areas to increase the depth.

Microworld games 6mm fantasy range has a demon section which has Cyclopean Demons. These are great proxies for Plague Bearers.

Thanks! I'm aware of them and they're lovely, but international shipping put me off. Also, I still haven't cleaned and painted all my old metal GW ones!
