Stumbled across these tiny buildings. They seem to be useable in several contexts. 2-3mm players could probably use the larger skyscrapers. Someone that really wanted an amazeballs table for an air combat game could build a lifted plexiglass surface with them underneath as a forced perspective. Lastly I can see using a few of these as parts on custom planetary empire tiles.
