Hello everyone.

First post, so thanks for having me on the boards. Only got into epic about a year ago, but have been painting like crazy. Taking nice pictures takes time though! I'll be slowly wotking through my stuff :)

First up: ~1500 Points of Sisters of Battle ! Mostly Vanguard, with some Valkyries and an inquisitor thrown in.

Still having some trouble with the editor on the forum, the image might be a bit large...

Well, you make a good first impression! I love seeing Sisters and these are really nicely done and based! What size bases do you use for your rhino chassis tanks?

Yes, good first post! Not sure if those fleur-de-lis are standard, but if not, nice job on the addition!

Excellent work - well done & welcome !

>>Not sure if those fleur-de-lis are standard..

I think these are Vanguard Novan Sparta APC’s. Perfect for the Sisters.

Baneblades, old and new:

Some Terrain. I'm going for a Deathworld. I really need a good gamemat for these. My usual green meadow doesn't fit well. Anyone has any reccomendations ?

We got a gameday on Sunday, will try to take some more pictures :)
I use 3x2,5 cm as rhino bases.

Oh wow very nice scenery!

I do like seeing the new scenery kits being used for proper Epic scale buildings.

Only took one picture of our sunday battles. We're all kinda new to the rules still and i'm the one who knows just a little more - i end up looking through the rulebook more than anyone else, answering questions.

But, my imperial fists were victorious. The bunkers held the middle, terminators mulched the backline. It was beautiful!

THe other picture is a test model for my upcoming "necropolis hawks", a raven guard successor chapter. I think the name is absolutly ridiculous and i like the color scheme! Not happy with the freehand.. too lazy to redo it though. Should be more centered.

Still looking for a nice mat for those deathworld terrain pieces. if anyone has a good supplier...

What to photograph next ? orks, eldar, imperials, chaos ???

sure!

edit: btw, the hollow "lenses", the little optical thingy in the turret, are awesome to paint! Much better than "gems" at that scale!

Playing around with color schemes, as I had a few of these tanks, that I didn't need for any army.
