I wrote a Bio-Titans army list, based on the EUK stats.

Any thoughts?

1.04 changes:

Hierophant reduced from 300 to 250 points
Hierophant Upgrade reduced from 250 to 200 points
Hierodule reduced from 125 to 100 points
Harridan Upgrade increased from 175 to 200 points
Trygon Brood reduced from 300 to 250 points

It's be good to see a biotitan list :) I don't have time for protect feedback right now but seems decent from a sick glance.

Hive Nest shouldn't have invulnerable save though. Typo?

Great to see more variety in the Tyranids section!

Was a bit surprised that there was no inf / LV or AV at all tho, would imagine there to be at least some supporting units. A list like this might be an opening to use some of GWs new Tyranid stuff as well.

looks really smart, we've already got lists full of smaller gribblies, keep this list for the big lads (and lasses)

I would have liked to see a few upgrade options (adrenaline glands, reinforced carapace, regeneration) to really customise the beasts, but otherwise I can't fault it :)

I thought about that, but figured I'd rather go for army-wide special rules if any were warranted, because this army list will put more WE's on the table than most WE army lists, and keeping track of what upgrade is on which gribbly monster might get a bit confusing. So I stuck to WYSIWYG weapons only for now.

Regeneration as an army-wide rule might be interesting...

I've stuck to just WE sized units, nowt more and nowt less.

The idea being the list will be quick-ish to playtest and refine, and has a razor-tight focus on the theme.

Hoping to get some games in with this once we get Gargants and Eldar titans knocked off.

OT but an Epic-UK Chaos titan list would be great to add to the list in time too if we’re talking playtesting.

Though WAY more important than anything else for you Epic-UK testers should be an Adeptus Titanicus compatible list. In a few months there’ll likely be 10-50+ times as many new active AT players than active EpicA players and if we can persuade even a small percentage to try EpicA too we could get a big boost to player numbers and tournament attendees. AT features the classic Titans plus Knights armies of old but there’s currently no Net-EA or Epic-UK list for this which is unfortunate. Should be easy enough to modify the Epic-UK Knight list to make a suitable variant though - drop ALL infantry and militia elements, add generic allied titans like other Imperial armies, a Knight AA turret upgrade (they have these in 40k) and the new light scout knight Amigers as a scouting unit. Only a single new unit so not too hard to playtest. There are various new-fangled knight models but in game terms they fit well with existing ones e.g. lots are good Palladin proxies or a Knight Porphyrion has different guns but it’s overall effect is an excellent match for the Epic Knight Crusader stats.

Sorry for the OT! Felt it worth trying to encourage you guys…

I understand that's in progress.

Was a good game. Only having very limited resources (AT, MW & Markerlights) to attack the war engines was definitely a draw back and made for a more tactical game. Fortunate criticals on both Haradins certainly helped and some failed activations from E&C also made counter attacking easier.

I even started to appreciate Crisis Suits, although allowing them to take Drones with Markerlights would make them a worthwhile core formation.
