I get the feeling that people think we have no idea how to play epic, run a tournament, plot a barrage, or play space marines. Maybe that viewpoint should be considered.

But after my last loss against Space Marines I'd happily take some advice as to what I did wrong with my Eldar.

Don't set up any units where the orbital bombardment is plotted. ;)

My bombardment killed a mighty 4 units, don't think it was entirely that. ;-)

Some specific comments on how to stop air cavalry Marines ala these two recent reports might be worthwhile?

My broad thought is that the BT arty/tank army is very strong against certain armies - Imperial Guard especially - but weak against this style of Marines (which happens to be the style that is currently seen as the best all-comers Marines style generally?).

If there are specific techniques available to stop the Marines from taking apart the BT arty/tank style so quickly, please help.


The BT arty/tank list style may still need modding to stop it being so strong against lower strat armies, of course.
