Page a has a picture of a destroyed Rag tank but the caption is the one from page 2 on the "Ill met by moonlight" supplement. I think you forgot to tweak that.
Cool, will get that tweaked..

pages 5-6 perhaps make a more clear mention of the Planetary Empires hex campaign models? Say what you want about GW's support of Epic, those are a great product. You've got the picture of Oynx's tiles but don't really note what they are.
They may be great product, and it will be tweak in the text below to say want they are..

page 9 with the node map concept might benefit about using publicly available high resolution satelite photos for creating the landmasses. there's some really awesome stuff at NASA and the ESA websites.
Thank you, the idea was to show want could be done in couple of min's, so simple one.. and If I had draw it and scan it in?.. I wont disagree that there is really awesome stuff out there to use for landmasses..

page 10, when you mention other external books you should include a title or other information to assist locating them. It is not uncommon for stuff like this to spread copies through out the internet and shouldn't be assumed they located this at the NetEA website. This is followed on the subsequent page text so i'd introduce those other books earlier or add a page early on outlining additional referenced texts (NetEA tounament pack, Scenario books 1 and 2, Swordwind, etc)
When I start writing this, I kept away from doing that, since wants to stop players using WW2 stuff for campaigns set in the epic universe..I going out on limb here and say Napoleonic time frame(goal of my and one that should doable). I want people to use their own initiative and not be directed to set text or sources etc..

page 13 shows naval forces but the caption is about Ultras
