Respectfully, that's not really how content strategies work ("put a page up and then it just goes on autopilot"). I do feel you around the fact that you can't sit on every forum on everyday. Things like this are more around gathering general awareness and that they are a system that requires active cultivation. Two things immediately are clear:
1. having a set of individuals that can be, for a lack of a better term, deputized for communication and dedicated to particular groups and boards and channels. After all, you can't spend all day doing just that.
2. In social media, content is key. Things have quick easy ability to be shared into appropriate groups and systems will have a cumulative effect. For instance, "Building an army", "6mm paining", and showcase posts are really needed. Of course, those future release posts (which you've started) are important and great to start with. Build on them. The key to things like FB and G+ are active participation into the appropriate groups. For instance, Kyuss or L4 or myself could share stuff but seeing the reactions and direct communication with the people replying to those shared posts is vital to attracting new customers and garnering that good rep for Vanguard that you already have here at TacComs.
it takes time to build a head of steam. You'd be surprised just how much general awareness the AoT guys generated off the Dakka News and Rumor's thread. I quietly watched a very effective pattern of information release that kept them on the 1st page for long periods. You own the fluff for DiD now. Build on that. Just who are the Novans? Where's the mystery on the Cybershadows? Also play up the official distrubutorship of OSM angle as well. You want a steady stream.
You're doing a great job, mate! Don't get down on yourself nor discouraged.
