sounds like a good idea to me, especially if it makes organisation a bit easier :)

Getting round 6 to be between players that haven't played already under swiss with 8 players just doesn't work.

I'm happy with the seeded round robin.

What is the plan for the Saturday evening, I just got an email from the BHGS talking about an onsite burger and chips option. Are we staying on site or are people planning to go out into Manchester for a restaurant again like in previous years?

Im not too fussed, although if previous form is anything to go by, a night out would yield better results food wise ;)

Just to chip in... I'd be happy for us to go off and do our own thing again.

(Not that I want the Epic players to be 'those anti-social' types, but a nice relatively quiet meal sounds slightly more appealing... not too mention to potential suspect quality of mass produced gamer-burgers).

List submitted. Sadly i had to jettison my original plan as i ran out of time on the painting front, so not the most exciting of lists i'm afraid.

Submitted my list yesterday (ish). Bringing Eldar, hopefully a fun list - not too bizarre this time (sorry to disappoint).

For the Friday, I'm having to work and probably won't be getting there until 6ish. So no sneaky Friday afternoon games for me... I was going to bring my Cygnar and some boardgames anyway, just in case quick defeat/evening game, (delete as applicable).

Eldar for me also, as the Tau are in bits on my painting table and despite best intentions are nowhere near finished.

I will be there from around 2pm, I will bring a small Troll army if anyone wants a game over the weekend. At the very least I will bring a mix of small, medium and large base sizes to proxy a Guildball team if that is the new hotness and someone would like a game of that instead.

I'll be bringing along a guildball team plus a warmachine force if anyone is up for a game Friday afternoon, hoping to get there for around 2-3pm with any luck. Might pop a boardgame in the car in case there's any interest on that front too!

Wohoo! Britcon's almost here :) Anyone else fancy spilling on their lists?

Not sure quite how well the Korps will get on this year after the nerfs, and the list is completely untested. Still, should be pretty solid i'd think
:
Regimental HQ with Gorgons
Infantry Co with Gorgons
Infantry Co with Gorgons
Death Korps Death Riders
Shadowsword
Shadowsword
Shadowsword
Stormsword
Stormsword
T-Bolts
T-Bolts
Warlord Titan

Bit lite on activations, but at least they're all pretty robust :)
