Hi ..
I just completed the first release of my epic section on my homepage. The link is:
Sven's Epic Section
The homepage isn't that good but I will do my best to add more content soon.
BTW: I am going to do an epic IG force in an Ambush camo scheme (pictures under Diary --> IG army) and I am absolutely unsure about how to paint my titans matching it. I thought of some camo green scheme like seen in the rulebook. Perhaps anybody has a good advice on this.
Regards
Sven

Hi Sven, welcome to the board!
I don't know about camoflage schemes on titans...they are almost too big to hide! For that reason I prefer just painting them in colours like battleship grey, or green etc. However, I also find camoflage a nightmare to paint in general, so that probably has something to do with my opinion!
It would be interesting to see that camoflage scheme carried through onto your titans, as I haven't seen it done very often before.

If you're into bizarre paint schemes (and this is one I'm considering myself) try painting the Titans up as skyscrapers; or try green for the legs and body fadinf to sky blue for the upper parts - a sort of skyline Titan.
The sad thing is I really believe these could work...

Impressive... most impressive. You have very good looking Squat and Eldar armies.
Who won the Squat vs Eldar battle? Sadly, my German vocabulary is limited to words like "Panzerkampfwagen", "Feldhaubize", "Sturmgesch?tz" and so on. Which probably reveals my hobbies include WWII gaming and armor modeling.
Oh, and could you put some pics of the ruined city terrain used in the battlereport to the terrain section? I'd love to see more detailed pics of said terrain.

Hi all ..
Thanks for the painting suggestions, i will reconsider how to paint the titans I am still unsure.
@Mojarn Piett: The squat won the battle. Their heavy barrage weapons were overwhealming and I made the mistake not to take an eldar titan in my force. But I have to admit that we didn't take that match too serious, we just wanted to have fun :-) i will surely add more pictures of my terrain and my armies, but as I don't have enough place at home, most of my "equipment" is located in my fathers barn. So we are restricted to play during the summertimes and I can only take pictures when I visit him next. I'll post more pics, promised!have a little patience with me.
@primarch: Your eyes didn't betray you, these are in fact the old 2nd Edition Battle Cards. We played this game using the SM/TL rules, as I never liked the E40K ones. I am glad that the new E:A rules are imo a good mixture of E40K and SM/TL.
Many Thanks and Regards
Sven
PS: Have updated the site and added three camo pictures in my IG diary and I have all IG Minis from the first wave of E:A minis shown. Perhaps anyone's interested in these.

I'm liking the site and the pics, there's some very impressive stuff there. It's also great that it's in German so I can try and pick up some more vocab and recollect grammar. It's hard learning when there's 6 months to a year between times you study it.
Navigating elsewhere - the King Tiger model - did you paint that?

@Hergrmir: I can imagine your language problem, I have nearly the same with english :-). Yes the Kingtiger was painted by me, but I don't think that it is painted that good. I need some dirt and details added to it. The camo scheme I used for it is the same as for my IG minis, but in bigger scale it looks much better.
