The white primer was a complete failure. Paint did not stick to it...
So I sprayed it black again, brushed it brown. Then decided for a small experiment. I gave it to someone who has never painted anything.
Showed him how to drybrush and then this was the end result. Will correct some parts, add a wash perhaps and some details, but it is already good for a battle.

Drybrushing is not magic to someone who has basic dexterity, I think.

I would have produced similar result, but in 3x period. I hate to mess up drybrush with too much paint.

here it did not matter. The end result is really good.

Then allow that person to do all of your drybrushing for you from now on.
