Thanks for all the nice comments :)

Got me some bases for the vehicles and also managed to get me a game today that made me wonder. Should I base the trucks like the one to the right or should I leave them without a base for a easier setup...?

Looking at the number of units in a formation the board gets kind of crowded. I intended to base all because they look so much better but now I am having second thoughts. With a base looks better, right?

I say base them but maybe on smaller bases like a 2p/washer

I always prefer to base my vehicles. It just makes them feel more like game pieces to me.

Agree with this i feel based vehicles give a more gaming piece vibe to the model and it also helps to unify the army as a whole. Plus i love your army with those little base touches you do. :)

Not only does it have aesthetic purposes but assists in game play as the base, especially standardized ones in a force, give a clear boundary to the unit that removes modeling for advantage for the most part.

Hi!

I have recently warmed up to the idea of basing my vehicles as well.

I think it really adds to the models itself as well as the army.

I soon have 2000 points painted but think I need another Cult to be able to build good 3000 point armies using the Stigmatus list or what do you think, is 4 cults enough?

Yeah, thanks a lot :)
Any suggestions for Anti Air? I need some hydras but the original model is just to broad for my taste.

Still undecided about the altars.
What type of daemon engine do you think will fit the theme?
Right now I might keep them undivided and focus on the traitor slots and think of some way to get a good substitute for the Hell Cannons (the originals is kind of ugly :P )and perhaps some day I will get my hands on a Defiler...

I use those old 40k Chaos familairs with my Chaos and GS Cult ... great models and prefect for 6mm ! There were 3 poses of the little buggers ! ;D Image

Do you mean from the GHQ range or just some suggestion in general?
