The tanker is especially nice with that refinery bit on top. In fact a whole space platform/station with stuff like that on top would be so awesome. Similar to the look of the refinery that the Nostromo was hauling in Alien.

The fuel transport looks amazing! I'm really digging the vertical tanks, might do a light transport ship in a sort of similar style.

I'm VERY curious about that Mega Gargant...

Thanks guys!

I've added a central tank to the fuel transport upper structure, as I think it will benefit by being a bit bigger:

I've also starter working on the dropship carrier variant! The dropship shape is an homage to the old (end extremely rare, darn it!) Epic scale dropship.

Right now I'm not sure wether to place dropships on both sides, or dropships on one side and bulkhead walls on the other...

Let me know what you think!

Man, these dropships would be huge, a lot lot bigger than the Epic models. That in itself isn't bad, I mean, the really big land stuff such as Leviathans and the Capitol Imperialis also need to be dropped in. :)

By the way, I've noticed you've added the fighters in your shop, but didn't include any pics of the painted models. Maybe an idea to do that, just to give people a better picture of the result. :)

As for your lander, the Imperial Guard have some gigantic craft, I've only managed to find some bad quality pics of them:

Also, what is that landing thing in the background?

Yeah that picture of the Battle for Tyrok Fields on Cadia has always inspired the sense of scale I loved about BFG and Epic. Amazingly I've never seen that bit about the Cathedrals of Invasion

I know there's a more complete version of that pic, as well as the 5th edition Imperial Guard codex cover, but I've been unable to find them at this time. :(

Cool pics!

Yes, the idea is that the dropships are meant to carry whole regiments or titans planetside!

I really like the concept of Cathedrals of Invasion, I think I might make an updated version in the future... Perhaps a spaceborne base that can land (one way only) and become some sort of prefab command citadel?

Hmm, why am I thinking of the buildings of Dawn of War when speaking of this?

As for transporting Titans, there are several methods. Some sources talk about large dropships landing on the surface, the titans emerging from them. Other mention gigantic coffin like drop pods containing such machines of war.

As for conventional drop pods, here some more old school art:

Also note that in BFG the Ork escort ships are capable on landing on a planet's surface. It MIGHT be possible that troop carriers like these have a similar capability.

The idea of the Invasion Cathedrals is just too cool not to do though!

Neat side note: This is largely believed to be the inspiration for the Stormbird mentioned in the Horus Heresy novels

Additional Side Note: There's a larger version of this picture that happens to also show a Marine superheavy tank that without a doubt was the inspiration for the Fellblade

Isn't that Space Marine tank the old Hercules?

As for those Cathedrals of Invasion:
