Not done anything Epic for a bit, but as it's still 2013 and I've had some time off...

Cryx Bonejack-based Plaguehound Titans! If you go back to page six you'll see a metal Bonejack that I started fiddling with, there's now four pretty much ready for undercoating. I'm a bit tired after a long day so you'll need to head for the blog for the full write-up and bigger images but here's an image dump and summary.

Assembled metal version:

Mr. Tentacles with his gimbal-mounted rotary cannon:

Blip the Teleporturtle (still needs detailing on track unit sides):

Jurassic-pattern Plaguehound:

The beginnings of a Warlord/Plaguelord-equivalent:

The plan is to use some of Zinge's great new track units:

Group shot including the existing Warhound and Kryomek Helcat, works out to about 2,800pt under the EpicUK AMTL list:

The next club Epic & Apoc day is Jan 4th, I'm hoping to get 2-3 of the Plaguehound conversions based up and base-coloured in time for that as we're ending the Epic side of the day with a 'put loads of stuff on the table and kill things' game. 8)

P.S. What do people think about the 50x25mm pill bases? In theory they're an advantage as they're narrower than standard for a Warhound equivalent but the overall size is about the same and they suit the models better. Apart from helping protect the protruding heads and tails...

Hmm, a big drawbridge instead of a head could work, maybe combined with a scorpion tail mount for the smaller guns.

I've seen these used unconverted for chaos titans before(and they look good), but these are in a different league! Great work! Look forward to seeing them painted.

Actually they'd make great proxies for Maulerfiends/forgefiends if there were any in the chaos lists, especially the dino looking ones.
