Probably a more efficient process than cutting them in half and making hybrid guard/cultists. I like the four per base too!

I've been looking for a model I could use for my Daemon Prince or Great Unclean One, since they're out of production now. I found some good alternatives (http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=26364), but I'm not a patient man when it comes to mail order. ;D

So I raided my bits box and tried my hand at a little greenstuff sculpting. I'm pretty happy with the results, but we'll see how this little horror looks once he's got paint on him.

Cool! Great character. Painted, the texture looks a bit like fur, which s perhaps a bit unusual or a GUO.

Here's objective number 2, a hilltop cannon/mortar (another DW bit). This was my first use of cork on a miniature... I like the effect!
