I was trying to use the water effect I had from GW I got when they first released it. Still a £12 price tag on it compared to the current £15.50. Pretty sure this has expired as when I filled the vat up, it evaporated to a tenth of its volume.
Rant over... the large Bio vats are made from the shell of a plastic pen and the top from the city street lamp, two kindly donated by Kriegsspiel.
The intentional scratch on one of them was a slip with the dremel. The Genestealer in the vat has its raised claw cut off so it fits into the vat (and the claw ended up in the smaller one). The vat at the right is a slightly failed attempt to show its being radiated, but that is because its the bottom section of the pen where the gruves for where the pen nib screwed in.
The smaller vats are from the inner tube of the pen. Housing cut offs from some nids, including the Genestealer's. Took almost like 10+ attempts to fill those vat with GW water effect.

Will get better pics when I sorted out my room (re-decorating). There's a fire extinguisher in the middle (pretty damned pleased with myself), small foot bin, the white sink with tap and drainage on the left and some small equipment on the table
