Well markfield has pretty much destroyed getting epic on ebay already, everything rare or able to be broken up he/she or his aliases hoovers up at whatever price and then resold at ridiculous buy-it-now prices

Could we not nail the snotling somehow? Grandma Wendy might be interested in some of his (I do seriously doubt its a "she") more obvious recasts?

I would be a bit worried about bringing Taccomms into GW's direct attention given some of the things that go on.

I'm surprised the guy is still doing this. I mean I don't see how it is profitable in any way. Who is buying whatever for 50 quid or more?

I'd be inclined to go the other way.

flood the market with recasts, sold at low /sane prices. Collectors can still bid on the crazy price parts should they want to, but active players might simply be looking for replacement counters.

Easily do-able though illegal. But, he and his army of alts will just report all the re-casts to get ebay to block the sellers.

Also having a thread on taccom where people post their own ebay user names and then other threads where people talk about how to game the ebay system is potentially unwise …

He didn't want to acquire fake stuff to start with, him geting ebay to ban any accounts selling fakes makes little difference to him unless people were selling fake casts on their main accounts (which were also previously selling legit).
