captPiett shamed me into responding to this thread with his "the world (Taccom) only knows that you exist because of me" line, so here I am. Sadly, I don't know who made the resin piece that capt is using for the head. I got it from the bits box at the local hobby store many moons ago. I was going to use it for one of my Titans but when captPiett decided to build the E.C., I figured that the sonic/noise weapon aspect of it would be perfect for a Slaanesh "Pain lord" Titan - a.k.a. "the Purple Nurple". It hurts so good...

Great work on the titan so far, looking forward to it in all its beauty! (and the rest of your army as well)

So what you're saying is that your message was a waste of 526 characters, and you have nothing useful to contribute to the conversation. Great, thanks Chris...

I don't think you would have been nearly so upset about time wastage if you hadn't counted all the characters, Dave.

What accent should I imagine you guys talking in?

Fair disclaimer - I speak in a mostly American accent-neutral fashion, with a few 'southern' exceptions, such as typically flattening "ng" sounds to "n" (doing->doin') and the occasional use of the very convenient 'ya'll'.

Heh, close. Unfortunately (for general entertainment purposes) all three of us are New Englanders who are not from Boston/Eastern Massachusetts. So, we all have pretty accent-neutral manners of speech. A wicked pissah, I know.

I loved the way Boston handed Thomas the cup about fifth.

If the world were fair, he would have gotten it for about fifteen minutes. First. :P

CS guys don't count, we have a computer do it for us. If the computer was upset it didn't show.

Ok then. We are now officially: uberChris - leprechaun; Dave - shady Interstate 10 trucker; captPiett - one of the Beastie Boys (MCA is from Brooklyn, if I remember the lyrics correctly - so whatchya whatchya whatchya want?). Does that cover it, AoC?

bmans5: well they're not all trade bait - Kessler played with a lot of heart through the whole thing IIRC. I think he was injured too (on top of the normal level of hurt 100+ games will do). Viexa (sp?) was pretty effective as well. The trick is to get the... ummm, trying not to get into Mike Milbury-esque trouble here... eastern hemisphere players to play like Canadians :P Julien saved his job after winning the Philly series - what do British Colombians think of Alain?
I thought the folks in the stadium were quite classy, actually, staying around and watching the Bruins lift the Cup - especially after it was obvious they were booing Bettman, not Chara.

Well, with all the hockey talk I think I just lost the last person keeping track of this thread right about... now.

EDIT: it has been brought to my attention that perhaps the role of George Costanza is more appropriate than MCA for myself... Unfortunately, I can't disagree...

Sadly, not this year. Hey, if Winnipeg can get back an NHL team, there's still hope for Hartford.

Getting back on track, nice conversion work so far, Capt.

Love the work on the titan, very cool conversion and think this will end up looking very smart, as said the head look just the right scale and suits the chaos titan conversion really well along with the tail ;)

Look forward to updates on this project ;)

Regards epic

pft, ice hockey. Least you aren't obsessed by American Football, now that's what I call arcane.

so where's the titan lazy boy? It's been at least several days (us Biology boys don't count at all, waste of time with all that "noise")
