I wanted to start a small new Space Marine chapter(with metal Inf. )
and I favour the Iron Hands Space Marines
does anyone have some experience with this chapter
in playing or painting/building?

They are quite similar to the Chaos Iron Warriors in many ways. I've played IW a lot and they are very effective and hardy. Generally move forward, take the important objectives then sit on them and grind the opposition to paste seems to work best for them.

Yeah, if anything the Iron Hands are probably stronger than their Chaos brethren. Lots of Devestators and neat things like Bombards, plus their regen is 5+ not 6. I think they'll be quite a handful to fight against.
