Hi,
i build 3 of those today, sticking to your guide.
They are great, thanks a lot!
They wait to be painted now.

While they are finished i had serious trouble with one step:
How did you do the diagonal grooves ? I could not use the saw, as i would have damaged the upper part. I could not use a file for the same reason. I somehow managed it, but im curious if there would have been an easier way.

No promise, but I'll try to get a picture online once they are painted.

I'm going to use them as objective markers.

I used a razor saw. I had previously scored a line using a knife to give the razor saw a guide. Rather than using it in the normal way, I drew the blade back/down away from the circular hole, lifted it and repositioned so that I didn't damage the rest of the surface.

I agree they are very nice for objective markers, they might need a larger base though. Very nicely done they look awesome!
