well, sci-fi riot control is not exactly an unusual image with all the possible dystopias out there.

There isn't an Arbites list though. Could field them as Death korps i suppose.

I think some of the "other lists" in the dev section feature some Adeptus arbites forces. I'm not sure if there is a pure Arbiter one but you may probably find at least some detachment in inquisitorial forces lists.

There was an Arbites list published in one of the old Fantatic magazine issues. I don't have a copy but I'm sure you can dig it up.

IIRC, the article also had Necromunda gang lists and a scenario or two with Arbites versus gangs.

I'm thinking I will buy some and use then as a scout detachment in my marine army. Rapid response team!!

Ah, the RIOT! article. Utterly incosistent and unbalanced lists, but very funny.
