What do you mean by setup ?

If by setup you mean the organization, there's a lot of information in the FW books but they are representative to the current setup, not the old one on what is based the SM/TL/NE IG organization.

Plus unlike in ye olde SM1/Rogue Trader days there is no single regimental TO&E. Even infantry regiments differ depending on where they're from. A Cadian regiment is completely different from a Catachan regiment not to mention a Elysian drop regiment, Krieg siege regiment or Armageddon steel legion. Even the armored regiments differ.

To put it short: the easiest way is to make your own.  :p

I would preffer this
How many Companies and which type
which support units per Comp.

I like to set up an Inf. Regiment and/or a Mechanized Regiment
plus one armoured Regiment

Does anyone have tat informations?

Ulric, I uploaded a part of IA3 where you can find some informations that could interest you. I checked on Taran (the french reference website on 40K V2) but did not find any revelant information.

Yes I`am proud of my 16 valkyries
but I need 186 for an elesian drop regiment :down:
just 170 to buy/do :laugh:

Just to let you know that I've just uploaded the new version of Elysian Codex here.

I added the Elysian Drop Sentinels that can be added as support to the drop troops company. It's a standard elysian sentinel that trade sthe infiltration ability with deep strike ability ;)

I'm still painting my Elysian army to be able to playtest the list next year :p

My regiment will be based on Netepic size units
thank you for your work scream

The Imperial regiments are much bigger than todays one
up to 10000 men/regiment
