In response to some comments
The Infantry is one AP4+ 30cm shot between 2 stands because I wanted them to be a bit different to guard and to be an attacking force. That means 30cm range not 45. Further that means doubling, so the automatic choice of 30cm 5+ would be rather poor and lead to an overall points decrease per unit, combined with large packs this would mean a fairly static play style. Further the EW infantry is covered with heavy weapons and 1 shot per stand I thought was a bit much and would make it more like a firepower army than manoeuvre one which is what all good armies are really

plus not fitting with their lovely vehicle hull!
Going with a 'double' (similar to twin in my mid) and some soon to be inserted fluff about fire and movement by team allows the AP to go up and weapon count go down, overall making it less of a sustain force.
