OK

I went down to Eureka minis and they did not have any. He will make them up as ordered. They do however scan each of their minis on a flatbed scanner which means that I am able to represent the size as to the printout for the mini - the printout is the actual size which he demonstrated to me with various other miniatures. This will make it easier for me to help all of you out in the future for sure..  

So below is the actual size that the miniature will be in comparison to epic marines. Personally I think it is a good size. I was photographing from the top down so did not realize I should have moved the base down a little more.

2. I am in Australia
3. I enter an automobile and I make it function appropriately enough to move me from area A to area B which just so happens to be Eureka Miniatures
4. I exit the automobile and walk to the Eureka Miniatures shop that welcomes me with a smile

No

They cannot land within a Zone of Control. You should be safe as they can be quite slow...

I can't tell what Semaj linked to, as GW's website licks donkey balls.

The WM Siege section used to have Bombards that are very similar in size to the Cannons of Khorne and could be used for any faction.  Maybe that's what he was pointing out.

The link goes to the Mighty Empires "campaign markers", one of which is some kind of siege cannon.
