As there are not many non-ordered nashorns transports out there I've come up with a straightforward model. In order to determine if the dark gods should create more of them please vote. Suggestions for improvement also welcome  :)

Special thanks to our Otter for enlightenment and helping me out during the start phase ...

Edit: Final version shown ...

Awsome idea
It looks good as it is but if I was to critisize anything it might be the texan style bull horns on the hood    Maybe supplement it with something?

Looks cool.

Did you measure-and-reduce a 40k scale model in order to get the proportions and size correct?

A thousand times yes. But I agree with WMN, a redesign on the front armour decoration would be wise. Even just standard vision slits would be a better option imo. There are enough chaos bits on it already.

Cool, more stuff to make me think about a Black Legion or 1ksons force. I think it's too wide overall in the back view though and I'd like to see something different on the front too. I'm guessing you put the star on the back ramp where you did to allow specific insignia to be painted on? I'd rather it not be there or be kind of a version like on the top hatch but enlarged so it goes partly off the bottom.

oh, and more SPIKY BITS!!!! :)

Very nicely done though.

No, I used a Rhino (standard GW E:A edition) for size and proportions. Hopefully I measured correct ;)

I get where it comes from, I just think it's not the best looking iconography (even the forgeworld one, in fact, particularly the forgeworld one). And it also kinda suggest world eaters... food for thought, it's your model :p

Front deamon in more detail... Should there be a non-order sign beneath like in the original version?

Looks great and welcome to the forums!

Hope the scale and proportions are dead on the W40k model and not the mis-scaled epic one? Could you generally add more detail if possible please? - particularly in places like the headlights and the tracks - E&C's Malcador have shown you can have the tracks dead on to the W40k ones. Look at what Forge World managed to do with their Rhinos for example (the ones sadly only available with the Thunderhawk Transporter).

Personally I reckon there might be more market for sprues of spiky bits and tiny chaos add-ons, which people could use on their existing vehicles, rather than whole new vehicles.

Ah, that'd be me not interested then.

Cool looking model though  :agree:

I think adding a Michael Moorcock Chaos sign beneath it would be very fitting.

Well I'd like it to keep scale with the existing Epic stuff to be honest so good job there.

Other than that I'd like some to make my chaos stuff a bit different to my loyalist... plus I get some rhinos back for more marines
