I run a street theatre company of the politically inclined sort...the home made AT rifle is actually the begginings of our Mk1 CCTV Head/Mask :-)

Not so much painting but most certainly hobby related; next sunday i'll be getting my old glass display cases back from my parents so in preparation i put some shelves up...however i couldn't quite resist the temptation to display a FEW mini's whilst i wait!

The final display cabinets (there will be three of them) have four tiers each so more than enough to display my whole collection and hopefully have a bit of room left over for additions.

Looking good!

I was feeling a little obsessive about  my display cabinet packed full of epic till I saw you had three lol (though mine does have 8-9ish shelves)

Made these this morning...

Can you guess what it is yet?

Also addes carapace multilasers and changed the devotional bell statues at the top. Just got to make the missile launchers and it's ready for spraying :-)

Oh; got display cabinets up to:

They don't look very full at the moment but i've still got my WFB empire army to go in the top of the double as well as adding my orks and both chaos armies (World Eaters will be started on soon) to that cabinet thus filling it up; after that then Aeronatutica Tau can go in the small one leaving space for two more small 3-4k epic projects in the long run; ferals and necrons i reckon; though i'm sorely tempted by a death korps army too!

Impressie collection you have there!

BTW, I believe those are IKEA shelves - if so watch out, I was nearly killed by one while sleeping in my bed about 5-6 years ago. I had put a few books on a shelf just like those that was just over my bed. Suddenly it decided to break loose off the wall and fell down, only centimetres from my head!

I've screwed the shelves to the walls in addition! They're just over my bed and i don't know if i'd care more about a split skull or the ruination of my epic; the latter probably!

Progress:

I'm sure people have noticed but i'm just using the painting blog as a page marker for the titan at the moment; for completeness sake; more detail obviously on the titan's own individual threat.

The titan is very cool and imposing, love the amount of extra detail you've put on it. The Deathstrike is really inspiring too, a cheap and simple conversion that looks great, can't wait to see them both painted. If you don't mind me asking what bits did you use on the deathstrike? I feel like I may need to add a pair to my guard and the price of the SG is rather off putting.

Thanks for the break down, it's a great use of bits. Might have to place an order tonight.

Deathstrikes look very effective, if only i had some spare hunter seekers id give it a go as well.

Titan is also very impressive, especially like the bell. :agree:
