I think I've spotted a typo:

On p.26, in the flavour text for Manticore platforms:
"When an Earthshaker strike fails to route the enemy from their position, heavier artillery is needed."

Shouldn't this read 'fails to rout the enemy'?

Thank'ee

At the moment I think I can add Gorgons to the Rough Rider Coy. and they can actually ride in them!

Now a banned upgrade.  :))

Can I put my Deathstrike Silo in a gun emplacement  :vD

Yes, but as it's a War Engine it gains no benefits from you doing so (Not even -1 to hit).

After a few quite uneventful games (!!!!!) I can confirm that the mossino list is unplayable in a competative environment. Enemy aircraft are quickly shot down or BMed out the game. Unless ground AA is popcorned total air supremecy ensues along with extreme out activation silliness. I must admit winning in such a fashion is quite ammusing- we did have fun.

Rug,

Can you use a few pronouns in that post for the rest of us?  :p

Who was superior in the air battles?  Who had the most ground based AA?  Are the Mossinians winning or losing the games?

Hmm, I do have a copy of that... now I could reformat the entire book...  :))

"Select All" --> "Change Font" --> "All done!"  *LAUGH*   :agree:

Yeah, and as I said, that messes up the formatting for the entire book.

That's not funny at all.

Shouldn't you, especially for a project like that, use styles instead of formatting everything "by hand"? That'd make changing fonts etc. a matter of a few clicks...

Three Support Formations per Company is totally a Typo, so I'm not sure what use your playtest will have been.  :))

If it drops to two per company Rug's list becomes 25 activations!

Well that's just silly.  :)

Clearly this list has even more serious problems than the Baran Siegemasters list (Which TRC of course based it on).

I'll have to look at it won't I...

Any thoughts on possibly fixes?

Preliminary Mossinian thoughts:

- Reg HQ to 300 points.
- Infantry Co to 200 points.
- PDF Fighters to 125 points.
- Limit aircraft to one quater (750pts normally) of the army.

Those mods drop Rug's max infantry/AA guns/Aircraft list back to a more managable ~21 (heh) activations... Still a hell of a lot!

I guess TRC hadn't actually playtested this list?

Is there possibly a NetERC version of White Scars for print run?

I'm happy enough with the EpicUK version, it was close enough to my own update that I decided to steal it.  :))

There is no NetERC-sponsored White Scars list.

Do you have any change comments for the White Scars list Hena?
