I received an unexpected order of Uncharted Seas fleets, so I am putting them to good use!
I modified the Dwarven cruisers though to be heavy cruisers.

My heavy cruisers:

Their heavy cruiser:

I also picked up a good deal on 1/2000 historical ships from Valiant Enterprises.  Over 30% off  ;D

Vaaish: I like the green stripe -it adds interest, but remains in keeping & in tactical colours. Looks cool to me!

Its been a productive day off work for me, despite not being able to work on my ToTW stuff - I could have been well ahead if I'd undercoated them earlier

Anyway, I finished painting a warhound Titan which I'll post in the epic section shortly, and also did more work on my savage Orcs - an Archer Regiment and the first 5 or 36 Boar Boyz are also ready in basic colours for the table top.

As ever, More pics / info in my Blog (see Sig)

And the first of the Boar Boys: (Shields to be added later, when I've decided how I'm going to do them  :p )

Nice minis all.

I've been finishing off a couple of Russes and Manticores for my 'Ronchamp' mech IG brigade. Pics to follow shortly.

I've been working on the 40K side of my Saim Hann army.

And casting up masses of Hirst Arts bocks to build a 28mm scale castle for WHFB.

There's some lovely stuff in this thread - well done everyone!
I'm amazed to see how much non-Epic gaming and modelling all us TacComms guys do; we're obviously just wargamers to the core!

Reaver

Indeed - lots of talented people hereabouts!  :agree:

I've been working on my recent order of GZG hovertanks (nothing special, paint-wise), and am still waiting on a few pieces from Brigade to complete the force (some of the EuroFed pieces looked to be compatible with the GZG tanks, so I dove in). Should be enough tanks for two short battalions (6 light, 6 medium, 10 heavy per)  - or one large battalion - plus command.

I´m quite happy with these scouts, I´m just wondering if I will use them as Eldar Ranger or IG Snipers.

Nice! The DRM Scouts are excellent figures, and easier to paint than their size and detail might suggest.

No Hovertank pics yet (the other part of my force hasn't shipped from Brigade yet - apparently their outgoing orders are pretty backed up right now). I do have some new toys on the way - DRM Andy walkers, plus some infantry for converting into Necron destroyers (just got the scarabs in the mail today from a FleaBay purchase). Oh, and Skyth. LOTS of Skyth.

more good stuff.

Here's a pair of Lightning Attack fighters overflying some Gladius (Gladioli?   ) otherwise known as 'limo's' for cultists.
