By the sounds of the reports the tournament was on par with the Britcon .
Did anyone manage to take pictures of the event.

My guess Matt is that it was his Sunday 4000 point list. In which case, as Dptdexys says, you did remarkably well being outnumbered 4000 - 3000.

Hmm, perhaps we ought to apply that kind of handicap to the UK tournament leaders to give us mere mortals a fighting chance (eh dptdexys   ).

sorry to be so late ^^ I'm a fat froggy, the one that fought with BL against mat's GI and joe's orks. It was a really funny and pleasant EpicCon, my first tournament and I was really pleased to speak english again (even if it was so horrible sorry mates ^^).

I have to say that I'm directly involved in great misenderstanding of FERC AirFight rules. The rules were not particulary written clearly. So it can announce you that we have the same rules as you ! (no more than 1 blast marker for beiing SAM spotted, -1 on firing for SAM that move to fire on retreat phase).

I really enjoyed playing against so friendly english guys, even if my play on rug was so poor (he even asked me if I was noob, which I'm not...) and my army's selection was so poor too ^^ I had a great game on orks, because my list in 4k was a lot better with orb assault, and my play was a lot more aggressive. We had great laught on both games (the first time i see sentinels obliterating chosen on an assault ^^), particulary against orks since we both fought hard, a lot of kabooooom ! both were tight which was good for me particulary on first game...

I wish i can come and play a little on your side of "La Manche" one day and that you will come to play in france for valenciennes on may and maybe one day in paris.
